Join us for a playful exploration of the key actions needed for handstand. We will unpack both the interoceptive (inner body awareness) and the proprioceptive (outer body awareness) actions that will inspire both steadiness and ease in your body. This workshop will include hands-on support that will give everyone, regardless of skill level, an uplifting and inspired experience. You will also learn simple home practices that will give you the strength and flexibility required for this pose. Yoga teachers will love this as well, because you will learn how to confidently support others in exploring handstand.
